Cannot find any headlight seals for any make in the 1963 parts book, 
although there is a parking light seal for the Plymouth where the housing 
mates with the front fenders.  Plus a gasket for the lens.

Sounds like someone is selling items not used back in the days but are used 
today, such as the guy selling EGR sensors for 1958 Plymouths.
