Those water control valves are pretty touchy and they're impossible to find used. They're expensive to get rebuilt, too. I replaced mine with an inline valve from www.bouchillonperformance.com. Cost's about $20 and works fine. I mounted mine in the heater hose laying on the intake and hooked it to the wire cable that controls the original valve.
