Unless your Dodge's bumper is real torn up you can get it rechromed and straightened out relatively reasonably. Used/junkyard pieces will be probably less good than what you have to start with anyway.

Tri-City in Tennessee and Auto Medic Supply in Tehachapi, California are two places suggested here by members, (and listed on the 62-65 vendor's page.)
