as far as I know the cables are interchangeable, as long as they are long
enough to do the job, with out laying on the exhaust, as far as price, in my
case it is usually buy high, sell low, and hope that I make up for it with
quantity

Are park cables interchangeable as long as the cable reaches the trans?
It would seem so, but Mopar used two different PN on 62-64 B Body cars:
I understand the length of the park cable for the 62-64 Plymouth B-Body is
supposed to have an actual cable length of 59" overall and the eyelet that
goes over the post on the park lever pin is about 3".
For 1962-1964 Dodge B-Bodies the actual cable length is supposed to be 57"
overall and and the eyelet that goes over the post on the park lever pin is
also about 3".
Also, what is the swap meet value of a good used Park cable? I know the new
repros are about $200, including shipping.
Thanks,
Gary H.
