Layne, so you have a 413 bored 40 thou. What kind and where did you get the 
pistons? I too am building a 413. I would think that stock 440 pulleys would 
work for you.  For some reason I ,like Herb, could not recieve your post but 
could recieve it through Rich's.....................MO......sw iowa
