W - Roof colour - White
W - Body colour - White
1 - Paint scheme - monochrome

23 - Tires - 7.50x14" whitewall

5 - Transmission - 345 : Torqueflite

If the car was built at St.Louis, the VIN should have a "7" in the 4th spot, 
right after a "4".   If the car is a Polara V8 sedan, the first two digits 
should be "63" if American or "53" if Canadian.

There should be a series of columns with numbers spots where numbers were 
typed/printed in place.  These would be for the options and equipment on the 
car.
