Both pumps have specific mounting brackets that are not interchangeable. You should also note that the pulleys may be very different in diameter, and I don't think they are interchangeable between the two--but they might be. Check the pulley's offset, as well, as I've had some that didn't quite line up with the crank pulley I was using, and this can chew up belts. On big blocks, I much prefer to use a complete pulley and bracket setup off the same car. Small blocks are much easier to mix and match these parts. I prefer the Saginaw as they seem to leak less from the cap, and the dipstick is nice. But I've had great luck with both types. You can use either pump with your, or any, Mopar power steering box.
