For the Disc Brake Conversion, you can look in wrecking yards and locate 
some early a-bodies that have the DISC Brake setup with the 5 on 4 bolt 
pattern (Small Bolt Pattern).  Or Convert to the larger 5 on 4 -1/2 bolt 
pattern.

I know I picked up a setup from a '65 Formula S for mine for about $300 
from a wrecking yard in Colorado. 

if you find an early A-body owner, you will want to pull the Spindles, 
Calipers, Backing Plate, Brake Lines (So you can copy them from MC to 
the Calipers) and the proportioning valve.  I grabbed the lower control 
arms also, just so I would have spares.   I still have yet to rebuild 
the calipers and install mine.  Maybe this fall.

These calipers are the 4-piston and can be a pain to rebuild, but it is 
do-able

For the other option for 5 on 4 1/2, I think there is an article on the 
62 to 65 site.
