I am a big fan of autometer. Get what u pay for. Had what I thought was a
temp problem recently on a vehicle and it only turned out to be a cheap
gauge. In this modern age I would only go with electric.

Subject: oil pressure gauge
Are the aftermarket oil pressure gauges that use electrical sending
units accurate? Is their response time slow? I have seen mechanical
oil pressure gauges make an incredible mess in the car's interior when
something bursts, thus was wondering what type of gauge I should buy for
my current project. I hope to drive the hell out of it whenever
possible, so it will see a lot of miles.
