The puller is on it correctly but you need to loosen the center bolt and
tighten the two outer bolts because the center bolt looks like it is
bottomed out.  If it was not over tightened when installed you should just
snug the puller down and the wheel should come right off.  If the wheel wont
come off just make two fists and play like your having a tantrum and bang
the bottoms of them back and forth, right then left at the intersection of
the two spokes & wheel.  They always come off after that!

I can't get the wheel to budge.. and yes I did remove the center nut ;)
 
I suspect I've done something wrong cause the horn ground wire was
"squeezed" off in the process
