Re: Better Brakes

Thats what he needs. Pass on to him to make sure the front brakes are hooked to the first chamber of the master cylinder, one closest to the fire wall. A piece of mind up grade.

Thanks Ollie, my brain cramp: I was thinking about the dual-tee block, something like:

As long as you are staying with all drum brakes, no proprotioning valve is
needed.

Seems like asking for a master cylinder for a 1967 Dodge Coronet drum
brake car at the parts store was one suggestion here. Add an aftermarket
adjustable proportioning valve or find a Mopar one.

Thanks,

Sorry about the posting problems. I have no idea what is going on, so I
am sending this via the topica website. I hope people can read it now. I
will try to find out what the heck is going wrong-SR

I'm looking to upgrade the brakes on my '63 330 wagon. It has the
original non-power single master cylinder, and I'd like to go to a dual.
I've had my two cars for awhile but am just getting around to messing
with them. Any suggestions for a dual master cylinder and proportioning
valve? Thanks, Scott Dodge 330 sedanDodge 330 wagon
