I hope it's real...I'm being cautiously optimistic. I'm trying to line
up the deal with the Residential Chief Financial Officer now. I hope
she goes for it.

It's a possibility though since I missed a 69 Roadrunner Convertible,
383, 727, B5, white int, white top for $5,000 in NY ~ 5 years ago. I
told the guy I was coming up from MD that Sat morning to look @ it but
he sold it to someone else sight unseen because he thought I wasn't
that interested in it. Like driving from MD to NY is a leisurely
Sunday drive!

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
