4006630 casting number was used from 1976 through 1978. As with virtually all casting numbers they were used over a number of model years. The "-4" identifies the mold used to cast the block. They used more than one mold to cast blocks.
To find out exactly what year it check the engine number stamped on the front of the engine.
Or, check the partial VIN stamped on the right side of the block, just above the oil pan rail to the rear of the engine mount.
It may have been pulled from a 1969 Fury, but it seems Chrysler is not the one who put it there.
