Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr 318poly w/goodies Finally I made it all the way through the Bellevue Arrows to Aerospace parade. No overheating/vapor lock. I ran with my hood off and attracted lots of attention! A TV crew just about climbed into the engine compartment :-) It was a good day. "Plucked chicken" was looking real good with his new interior, dash pad and boot. He was behind me in the parade. It was a beautiful and cool day too. I still do have an issue when I idle for so long. It feels like the plugs get wet. It idles OK but you can't rev it or it pops and loads up. I'm gonna check the idle adjust, slack off the accel pump a notch and I think put in the next size up on metering rod springs. I have a proper coil coming tomorrow so that may be enough right there. But you know we just gotta keep tweaking it :-) What good are toys if you don't play with them. ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
