Unless you are trying to do a numbers correct restoration, I would  say no, 
  True the big blocks are getting harder to come by every day,  they are 
not scarce to the point of spending that kind of money, would be great  if the 
crank could be saved to replace  a later model cast one.

how  ever i took the motor apart and one side of the motor looks pretty
