RE: Longer Throttle Cable Needed



If you're using a throttle cable it should have some slack in it the way 
it was. That should be enough to move that little. However if the 
bracket is attached to the manifold or block it will need to be moved. 
The perfect method is to get a bracket that attaches to the carb itself. 
That way it moves with the carb and alignment is not affected no matter 
what you do. I had that issue and went with a Lokar unit on my Eddy's 
that is perfect.I got it from Summit. It cost about $79. It ia a bit 
pricey but a really nice unit that does the job.
