I can't answer your questions about the clock Doug but check out eBay Motors
# 120372195152. This is a tach that replaces the clock in your dash. I used
one of these on a 64 Belvedere wagon.

Subject: '64 Dash Clock Quart Conversion
Has anyone converted their dash clock to quartz using the new kit?
Does the digital clock use the original clock hands and the original set
knob?
How easy was it to change out?
Thanks,Doug
