Re: Little Red Wagon: $550,000.

I actually got to work on one of his trucks in the pits @ Englishtown,
NJ one time. He was @ the "Mopar Atlantic Nationals" ~15 years ago and
was having some major trans problems doing exhibition runs...like he
kept blowing them up. A friend of mine knows Bill "Maverick" Golden,
and when we saw him grenade on the track, we headed over to the pits
to meet him there. My buddy said HI, and asked him if he needed some
help. He said "as a matter of fact, I do. My pit crew all bailed out
on me today and I'm by myself." So next thing my buddies & I know,
we're in the back of the truck helping him swap out the 727 from
behind this seemingly HUGE HEMI in the bed. I'll never forget...the
end of the trans was basically bolted right to the yoke of the rear!
Cool stuff!!! One of the all time highlights of my show-going
experiences!!!

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
