Pushrods should be fine, unless one or more is bent. If your going to do lifters, you might as well do the cam too.....and if you're doing the cam, might as well do the timing chain (double roller...steel gears at least). 90K is alot on plastic gears!

Ok I'm finally going to start fixing the blown head gaskets on my 361 my question is being my motor has 90K on it should I go through the heads and replace the push rods and lifters?
