Steel Wheel for a Hemi Car

A friend of mine thinks he might have come across a steel wheel that may 
have been original to a 60's Hemi car.  It's a 15 x 6 or 6.5.  I took a 
look at it but to me it looks like just another steel wheel.  It has 
numbers and letters at the valve stem and a big capital H  on the wheel 
lug area.  He says he talked with Galen Govier who said it "might" be a 
Hemi wheel and offered him some money for it.    My friend thinks if 
Govier offered $$$ for it, it's most likely worth more than what was 
offered.  So, if I can get the rest of the numbers/letters,  can anyone 
help to try and positively id the wheel?  I figure one of you guys will 
know for sure.  Thanks!
