Well, car is running nice and smooth as a 46 year old 120k+ miles engine 
can. The problem was so obvious, I can't beleive no one knew. It was the 
stupid mechanic working on the car,....ME!
For some unknown reason, I decided to check the firing order, and found 
#5 and #7 was switched. It is now running good and starting every time 
with no problem. I still need to adjust the timing down some, and sounds 
like I need to adjust some valve lash.
