Is this the style mirror your looking for?  eBay # 300382008933  It will
work on both R & L sides.  I am sure I have a spare driver quality mirror

The '62 Dodge is a four door post car and I may have wrongly assumed there
is a left and right style mirror; if they are the same for right & left then
it makes is easier but I am not sure.
