Are you referring to your '63? Since it's setting in the garage why 
don't you just stick a trouble light under the hood. That'll work well 
enough to help keep it from freezing. 

As for the driver, you might also like to increase your 'anti-freeze' 
intake tonight. It'll help your attitude :-)
