Might try Pat Blais Transmissions that is listed on the "1962 to 1965 Mopar Vendor and Parts Sources" page on the 62-65 site. I'm thinking it used the same drive gear as our PB aluminum TF versions; the '60 had a cast iron TF, if I recall right.
