Mopar powered industrial equipment was RE: Heater hindsight

Ollie,
There were a ton of airport tugs, fork trucks, etc. with /6's and
TorqueFlites. I just missed a really nice 10 ton forklift here in Michigan
with a slant 6 and pushbuttons. That makes 'em '62-65!

We probably get 2-3 orders per year from airports with units down
needing cables.

Rich and Steve,
When the heater/AC day comes...stick with Vintage Air. You will not be
disappointed. Mine works fantastic. They also have a heater only.
Speaking of de-froster. I have seen a unit advertised at Harbor Freight that
sits on the dash board. Think that someday I will get one for the Petty Car.

Hope the added weight does not slow me down..BUT..it's a Plymouth..."Power
To Win"
Funny thing happened yesterday...guy came over to buy some rabbits and he
got all excited when he saw my Satellites in the shop. He thought MS Cruiser
was nice but he was drawn to the Petty Stock Car. The hood was down and he
asked...a 426? I did not answer and popped the hood......he said "Slant
Six"...that should get alot of attention have not seen one in years.....and
droned on about how good and reliable the eng was. He told me another story
also. He was in the Air Force and the aircraft towing units were /6 powered.

Interesting.
Ollie
