Thanks...but I already have that info...plus I have all the factory service manuals.
Maybe I should have been more specific. When I said "pinion depth paint marks", I mean the ones that are on the end of the pinions (not the teeth) that were painted by the person on the manufacturing line to indicate the position they should be run in (e.g., -2,-3, etc).
I can't tell if the mark on my pinion is a -3 or a +3. If I can figure it out then I will know which pinion shim to use.
