decking the block

decking the block




hi
im thinking about a max wedge (440 hp block for the bottom end)for my 65 dodge coronet 440 convertible.
but one side of the block around the cly holes are pitted.how much can be taken off.befor i need to worry about the intake holes ligning up with the heads.
