yes early ramchargers had  15 x 8s
very rare to find
you can have them made using  older "8 ford pick up hoops and dodge pickup 
or van centres>
then you have the options of placing backspace where you want it
the ramcharger wheels place a wider tires sidewall  kinda close to the 
spring
