Each person takes things differently. If I give advise to someone, it will hopefully not cost him a huge amount of $$$ if I am wrong. Giving someone advise on which tranny to run, or who can build it for them, is one thing, but useing a fluid that I have never heard any of the top tranny builders advise, is something different. Take it how you want, but I was just protecting this guys hard earned $$$. Are you going to replace his tranny if this junk turns out to ruin it??? Answer that. What is wrong with telling him to call a professional? Even though I am an engineer in the automotive world, I AM NO TRANNY EXPERT. Most of us on these car forums are backyard / weekend warriors. Just giving advise that wont leave me at fault if it goes bad for this guy. I would do the same for you. Dont take it personally, I never ment it that way. The Carl Rosslers and Vince Janis's of this world are not commercial vendors. They have garage shops in small towns. They are just really, really good at what they produce out of those small garages. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Dodger7998@xxxxxxx>

That sure sounds like a strong bashing of this forum and itsmembers,,,,,,,,,,, I thought that a large part of this forum was for the betterment ofour Mopars, and that a lot of it was based on the trial and errors of its members, not on what commercial vendors have to say In a message dated 4/18/2010 6:25:56 A.M. If it is a built tranny like a Carl Rossler, Art Carr, Vince Janis, they will tell you to run TYPE F. If it stock with a self installed shift kit, they may say other. The telephone is your best recource on this subject, not this forum. Tranny was fine, just wanted to change the fluid. Added the "trick shift" (I think it was blue). Tranny was slipping within a week. And smoked in two. Could have been a coincidence, but I wouldn't use it again.
