I assume they are not left hand threads like found on lug nuts on our favorite older Mopars! :) A breaker bar and as long a piece of old pipe for leverage as you can fit, along with soaking with PB blaster or similar solvent. Or soak bolts, let sit, and use an impact wrench. If that fails try using a very small torch and heat up the area around the bolt, then the above.
