Label the photographs with the Sharpie too!!!
I have more than a few pics that I now look at and wonder, what the H is that? or what was I trying to
remember with this photo?
One other rule is: first, do no harm...you may "Tear" something out that is a useable original piece or part
that you may not find elsewhere, or, if you do, its
some repro or used junk that does not fit, work, or look correct. Easy with the scrapers, wire brushes, and other
cleaning tools. They can also destroy the original appearance of all kinds'a parts.
These are not Chevys or Corvettes...you cannot get just anything or everything for these cars, and they are terribly inconsistent in fit and finish ( eg, see bumper brackets or 63-early 64 bumpers). You want to use everything you can from the unibody you are taking apart.
