OK all I am the dummy, The firing order was correct but one terminal off. Got the timing sorta set, car runs much better, no more exhaust popping, the only thing I need now to sort out is that the engine wants to keep dying below 2k rpm, Fuel pressure is 3 psi at the regulator which I will increase to 5 psi.I also may still have a vacuum leak but at least it starts fairly easy and raps up nicely.
