Re: Alignment

I am going to do one of them " dang kids" things. My 64 Dodge will be done as I would have in the mid 60's. Jacked up all the way around. No, I have limits--no extended rear spring shackles!! If I can find someone whoe knows how to do torsion bar Mopars, I will tell him to crank up the bars as high as they can go and still be able to alighn the front castor and camber. I have no interest in going around corners fast! LOL Whattaya expect? I am re- living the good ole days..................MO

I had a hard time locating a guy that knows how to do an alignment on our old mopars. Most just know how to operate a computer system. The ride height adj plays a big part in the castor. If you find one of these kids at Firestone or Goodyear that knows how to align our cars I would say that is almost unbelievable. I would also say if you need the vehicle aligned every other oil change ...something is wrong.
