external balance

I have a chance to buy a running 440 out of a 78 Chrysler New Yorker.  I 
haven't looked at it yet.  How likely is it that it is a external balance 
cast iron crank.?  If it is external balance, how  hard is it to find an 
external balanc 10- 1/2 "  flywheel  ( used) for manual tranny?  Thanks for 
any input.........MO
