Not sure if your 64 is the same as my 63 but there are splash panels front (as already mentioned) and rear. Held on by a few bolts. I don't think I broke any bolts taking mine off. This gives you access to all the fasteners. I was glad I took mine off especially the front. There was about 2" of fine dirt built up behind it. And some rust to repair as a consequence. As for the trim on the sail panel my emblems were held on by tubular speed nuts. Very hard to find. I had to go to an old time body guy locally who had a big stash of old clips. Joe suchy might have them also. The best way to get them off would be by removing the headliner. The rest you refer to are held on by clips. Paul L.
