Re: My old Polara Sold at Barrett Jackson

Hi John

Nice Polara.

Would you by any chance remember the part number or the car your duel master cylinder was from?
Also, I cant see too well, but does your car have a brake booster?

Thanks
Jim

Subject: My old Polara Sold at Barrett Jackson

My 64 Polara 500 was restored, sold and then flipped again this last weekend at Barrett Jackson in Orange Country CA.

I sold it to a person in Minnesota in late 2008. He restored in and auctioned it off in early 2009 for 25K. It was just sold at BJ for $36.3. It looks like the restorer and I made the least amount of money. I think it sold as well as it did due to the Color Combo, matching numbers and quality restoration. I would love to see it now. Maybe one of you knows who picked it up??
