If the lens is just cracked, and all the pieces are there, you can shore 
it up with some SuperGlue, and polish them with a lens kit made by 3M

that's what I did (i couldn't force myself to spend $500 on lens.. not 
yet anyway)

Unless you're really inspecting my lens you can't tell they looked like 
crap.. see pic at bottom of the page at

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
