Re: Power supply

Wow you got lucky on those gauges!! They run on about 5v. A battery
charger or a battery will work just fine to test a radio no the bench.

Subject: Power supply

A quick question to the masses. I have a radio for my 65 Belvedere on the
bench. Short of dragging it and speakers out under the hood of my truck to
hook it to the battery, what could I use as a power supply on the work bench
to see if it works? In the past I used a battery charger to test the guages
in my instrument cluster when I refurbished it. Any suggestions?
