Subject: replacing carb jets

I have a Barry Grant Road Daemon 625 cfm carb that I think needs smaller jets.

I get lots of black smoke whenever I really tromp the go pedal, and
from what I've been able to research, going down 2 jet sizes might do
the trick.

Anyone have any other suggestions? I've never replaced jets in a carb
before - those are inside each of the float bowl things, right?

Thanks in advance,
Brian
