I am running a trans cooler/with fan. I mounted it under the car between the 
fuel tank and rear bumper, drivers side. Keeps my trans temp between 
190-200.
To be honest, I did not see much difference in engine water temp by getting 
trans fluid out of the radiator. Trans fluid is very easy to cool as 
compared to water. I have a trans temp gauge, and after the car has been 
shut off 10 minutes the trans temp drops drastically.
