Don D's Old Reliable Book Wanted

I'd like to get my hands on a copy of Don Dulmage's Old Reliable book, but it's out of print.  I've been in touch with Don, and he doesn't plan on having any more printed.  Does anyone here have one they'd like to sell - or know of somewhere where I could get a copy?  My internet searches have yielded no fruit at this point.
