Use a 15 x 8 rim, about 4" back space, and a 275/60-15 tire. That's what I have 
under mine.  Works great!

Can anyone tell me the largest wheel tyre combo for the rear of a '64 Fury?

I want to stay with steel rims, but want to get as much as possible under there. 
Backspace etc.
