Re: clutches.

Wayne and Dan @ Brewers are 2 of the nicest guys you will ever meet, next to
me of course, lol. If you are after another opinion try Jamie @ Passions
performance in Pa., he is also a great guy to deal with. Jamie might trade
you for parts you need if there is anything you have that he can use.
Jamie is in the final stages of marketing his own 5-speed that will bolt up
to your existing bellhousing and cross member from what I understand and it
is rated for around 660 lbft of torque, the pricing initially is supposed to
be reasonable. This is a new from scratch design by the way.

Hay all, I looked all over for my big block bell housing for 10 1/2 :
flywheel Then knocked on the gates of hades for the right fork . Then
yesterday I got a 10 1/2" flywheel that needs to be surface ground and
then paid extra for a uasble pressure plate. - and it needs to have
surface rust removed from the face. Machine shop says the pressure plate
would need to be taken apart to machine the face. Stock clutch kits are
hard to find around here. They are available all day long in 11" I just
want something temporary until I am ready to drag race it.
Question is--- will the 10 1/2" handle 350-400 HP I am already cash poor
to change everything to 11" ------Opinions please?....................MO
