Paul, The extensions would push the rearend back. I found that out when I had a driveshaft vibration. I ended up having to drill mounting holes 3/4" forward of the holes in the extended hangers so the driveshaft would have the correct end play. It's interesting that yours rides great. Mine rides rough - which is what I usually read from other SS spring car owners.
