 An impact  driver.
Put it in a vise on a block of wood, and use an impact driver, using a big ball peen, or small 3lb sledge hammer.

two days of spraying it with PB Blaster and it won't budge... any ideas
on how to loosen this stubbon screw? heat? sledge hammer? ;)
