I tend to agree with the starter going. How about battery wires to the
starter? No signs of green in the wire? Old wires are not good.

Classic symptoms of a starter giving up the ghost. Remember a starter
out of a mid 90's Dakota will bolt right in, is smaller and easy to find
in the junk yards.

Hi all and happy holidays. I seem to have a starter problem. My car
starts right up but after awhile driving and then stopping, when I get
in to start it I get this real slow sluggish turning over of the engine.
I hate it. I have a 63 Ply. with a max wedge engine and stock exhaust.
Any ideas? I'm going to try and put a better ground to the engine on
after I mail this.. Thanks....
