Thanks guys, 

I believe i will use 361 C.I.

Doing the HP, will be a red flag when I get the plates from the registration
office. I dare not.

Even though that Gary states that it changes between 65-66.
Writing 450hp on the hood will get me in trouble.

Knud,

I believe Nascar style would be  361 C.I.  They also used H.P. sometimes -
of course you'd want to know the horsepower for that number.
