Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but limiting yourself to $60 for any dress-up part won't get you far.
I think the parts & components added to any engine build must first satisfy the HP & Torque goals/requirements of the engine before adding glitz or "show" that doesn't make it go any faster.
The glitz or show addition, in my opinion, should be commensurate with the value or expense of the engine; $500 for covers added to a $5000+ engine would make sense to me if one could afford it.
