Re: rear gear ratio vs RPM

It is a SB 318, 17" tires. That is what the Dolphin tack is reading. Does not seem that high to me. That is all I got to work with.
Are something around 2:50 available for a 741?

I have a car with 2:93's in it many years ago.
It was turning half as much rpm's as you are talking about.
4300 rpm's sounds like you have lawnmower tires on that thing.

With 3:23, sure grip at 70 MPH= 4300 RPM

With 2:93, limited slip at 70 MPH what is my new RPM?
