Not bad and getting better soon I hope :-)  I may be putting in that new cam you got me before the heads so I can tell how much bang for the buck that gives me.

Don also said you cannot overcam a 440...(withing reason).
 
As for the modified Poly 318 or Wedge;  I run an 850cfm TQ on my 340 car and Rich can attest to no-bog...the engine loves it to the tune of mid to high 12's as a street car (a TQ is an anomaly; since the primaries are so small they gave up to 800cfm to stock small blocks...),
 
Rich's slightly modified dual quad Poly runs 1000cfm...works well doesn't it Rich?
